Let’s achieve more, together. Role As our ZERO Clinical Partnerships Manager you will lead stakeholder engagement and operational interface between ZERO and all participating hospital sites. ZERO is Australia’s flagship paediatric precision medicine program transforming cancer care for children and young people. This role is pivotal in building trust, improving transparency, and ensuring every hospital site is aligned and supported to deliver ZERO’s promise. By strengthening partnerships and operational efficiency, the ZERO Clinical Partnerships Manager helps increase trust, accelerates enrolment, reduces delays, and maximises the impact of cutting-edge genomic science for patients and families. To succeed you will have… To succeed you will have… Significant experience in hospital operations and clinical research coordination or program implementation across multiple sites. Demonstrated success in multi-disciplinary stakeholder engagement, process improvement and change enablement within complex healthcare settings. Strong working knowledge of HREC/ethics processes, CRAs and data governance for clinical research. Proven ability to manage operational metrics, dashboards, performance reporting including improving clinician sentiment. Proven ability in problem‑solving, driving process improvements and contributing to the coordination and development of clinical strategy. Excellent partnership building, communication and facilitation skills, with empathy, diplomacy and clarity suited to senior clinical audiences. The ability to travel up to 10-15% per year, manage partnerships effectively from a distance and work seamlessly across diverse, cross-functional teams.
