Reporting to the General Manager, you will own client retention, share-of-wallet growth and new business development across our key sectors — while leading our CRM and tender processes to keep the pipeline full and the business competitive. Enviro Trees provides planned and emergency tree works and arborist consulting services in all states and territories of Australia and across the UK. We are a technology enabled company having developed proprietary software systems including Tree Manager™ and Verify™ and use respected industry leading technology platforms, all of which provide clients with transparency and immediate access to information relating to the status of consulting or tree works jobs and rich data analysis, trend and predictive analysis to inform our customers decision making. About the role We are seeking an Sales and Account Manager to lead our tree services operations across the country. This role is responsible for delivering growth across each of our sectors via strong relationship management strategies, business development initiatives and exceptional energy and commitment. You will work closely with Enviro management team members, our Operations and Customer Care teams as well as our clients and industry stakeholders in planning and executing our growth plans. Build and implement a growth plan targeting FM, Insurance, Emergency Services, Residential and Commercial/Strata sectors. Act as the internal voice of the customer — ensuring client issues and opportunities are resolved swiftly and systematically. Own the company CRM as subject matter expert, driving consistent adoption and data quality across the business. Lead the tender process: reviewing upcoming opportunities, agreeing go/no-go decisions with the GM, and delivering compliant, competitive submissions on time. Collaborate closely with the Operations Manager and Customer Care team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. What We're Looking For Minimum 5 years' sales and account management experience in a trade services environment; arboriculture sector experience preferred. Demonstrated success retaining and growing existing accounts (share of wallet) and winning new clients. Experience in the FM or insurance sector is a strong advantage. Hands-on CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar). Formal training in sales and account management disciplines. Self-motivated, relationship-focused and action-oriented with high integrity.
