Gold Coast Mc, Australia | Posted on 11/05/2026 We’re currently seeking a Gold Coast-based Site Manager to join GRAYA™ and lead the on-site delivery of our luxury multi-residential and mixed-use developments. This role is suited to an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in high-quality construction delivery, ideally across multi-residential, mixed-use, commercial, or high-end residential projects. At GRAYA™, we are known for design-led construction, detail-driven delivery, and creating some of Queensland’s most recognisable luxury developments. As Site Manager, you will play a key role in bringing these projects to life on site, ensuring every stage is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the standard expected of the GRAYA™ brand. You will work closely with Project Managers, Contract Administrators, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to manage site activity, drive programme, uphold quality, and support strong project outcomes from commencement through to handover. As Site Manager, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day running of site across complex, high-end projects where presentation, sequencing, safety, quality, and detail all matter. You will create structure on site, build strong relationships with subcontractors, keep programme moving, and ensure each project reflects the level of finish, coordination, and professionalism GRAYA™ is known for. This role is ideal for someone who is confident leading teams, calm under pressure, commercially aware, and experienced in managing the demands of live construction environments. What You’ll Do Site leadership and coordination Lead the day-to-day management of site operations across luxury multi-residential and mixed-use developments Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal teams to maintain project momentum Drive site productivity, sequencing, programme adherence, and trade coordination Lead site meetings, toolbox talks, inspections, and daily site communication Build a strong on-site culture focused on safety, accountability, quality, and respect Programme, quality and delivery Work closely with the Project Manager to manage construction programmes, look-aheads, milestones, and delivery priorities Monitor progress against programme and identify risks, delays, and coordination issues early Manage quality assurance processes including inspections, ITPs, defect control, finishes, and handover preparation Ensure works are delivered in line with drawings, specifications, design intent, and GRAYA™ standards Maintain strong site presentation and ensure the finished product reflects the quality expected of a luxury development Safety, compliance and communication Maintain a strong safety culture across site and ensure WHS requirements are consistently upheld Review and manage SWMS, site inductions, subcontractor compliance, and site documentation Communicate clearly with subcontractors, consultants, project teams, and senior leaders Support commercial outcomes by understanding cost, programme, procurement, and project requirements Contribute to practical problem-solving and decision-making throughout the construction process Requirements What You’ll Bring 5+ years’ experience as a Site Manager , ideally across multi-residential, mixed-use, commercial, or high-end construction projects Proven experience managing projects from commencement through to completion Strong understanding of site coordination, sequencing, programming, subcontractor management, and construction methodology Demonstrated ability to lead subcontractors, manage site teams, and maintain productivity across complex projects A strong focus on safety, quality, presentation, and attention to detail Experience managing inspections, defects, ITPs, finishes, and handover requirements Commercial awareness and an understanding of project cost, programme, procurement, and delivery requirements Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships across site and project teams Confidence working in a fast-paced construction environment where accountability, detail, and delivery standards are essential Mandatory Documents White Card Driver’s Licence We care about every detail, and every person who builds it.
