Associate Director of Clinical Services (ADCS), Perioperative An exciting leadership opportunity at Epworth Freemasons for a dynamic and visionary leader to drive clinical excellence, operational performance and patient‑centred care across Albert Street and Victoria Parade hospitals. Responsibilities Managing the operational and business direction of the Perioperative Services including Operating Suites, CSSD, Day of Surgery Admissions and Short Stay Unit. Focusing on theatre utilisation, growth, business development and risk management. Building engaged teams and developing a culture of excellence, accountability and continuous improvement. Leading teams through change, fostering engagement, resilience and continuous improvement. Qualifications Extensive Perioperative Services leadership experience across all relevant perioperative service areas. Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills including presentation and public speaking. Ability to build and maintain rapport and effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Strong human and material resource management skills to meet organisational requirements for cost‑efficient service delivery while maintaining high standards of safe care. Clinical knowledge in service delivery in accordance with legislated requirements, industry codes of practice and relevant standards and organisational policy and procedures in perioperative settings. Postgraduate qualification in Perioperative nursing and/or management is highly desirable. Registered Nurse with current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.
