About the Role In this role, you will work closely with General Practitioners and the wider multidisciplinary team to deliver high‑quality, patient‑centred care. You will support a range of clinical and preventative health services, contributing to improved patient outcomes and an exceptional patient experience. GP experience is essential for this position. Key Responsibilities Provide safe, high‑quality nursing care in a general practice setting Assist with clinical procedures, treatments and patient care Support chronic disease management, care plans and health assessments Deliver preventative health initiatives and patient education Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Utilise recall and reminder systems to support best practice care Work collaboratively with GPs and healthcare professionals Contribute to quality improvement and accreditation activities About You You are a motivated and compassionate nurse who thrives in a fast‑paced general practice environment and is committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
