Job Summary A Northern VIC hospital requires a Senior Medical Officer in Emergency Medicine for the period 04/04/2026 to 01/06/2026. Reference: Type: Temporary Key Responsibilities Provide medical coverage across Urgent Care Centre, Acute Ward, and Residential Aged Care (acute deterioration). Coverage required from 0800 Friday to 0800 Tuesday (or public holiday blocks). On-site clinical coverage 0800–2000. On-call / recall 2000–0800. Support model: Category 1–2 overnight support via GV Health / Adult Retrieval Victoria; Category 3–5 supported by VVED (Virtual ED). Compensation $2200 - $2400 per day.
