One of our Federal Government clients is looking for a ICT Change and Release Manager in Canberra . We are seeking candidates with the following Skills/Experience: Demonstrated proven experience with coordination and facilitation of Technology Change, Release & Deployment Management processes and procedures. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and persuade others towards a common goal. In-depth knowledge of IT service transition and IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL). Ability to collect necessary information from CABs and other sources for decision-making bodies to determine change authorization. Ensure interfaces with all other service management processes are maintained and integrated.
