Reporting directly to the Divisional Program Manager, the Project Manager – Digital & Technology will be responsible for managing all phases of assigned projects from the initial investment phase through to project closure and handover. This is a 12‑month full‑time opportunity based from our Group Head Office in Sydney on a hybrid working arrangement – 3 days a week in office and 2 days working from home. Key Responsibilities Lead projects from the initial investment phase through to a seamless handover to support. Develop compelling business cases and lead Project Executives to make high‑impact, cost‑effective decisions. Build strong and lasting relationships with senior management and oversee expert vendors to ensure world‑class delivery. Use established St Vincent’s methodologies to reduce risk while staying agile and focused on quality. Qualifications Demonstrated Project Management experience in large‑scale and complex organisations – healthcare experience desirable. Strong understanding of corporate systems, business processes, and integration capabilities. Proven experience in preparing business cases through to the delivery of complex technology solutions. Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple streams and stakeholders and conflicting priorities within tight deadlines. Tertiary qualifications in IT, Computer Science, or Project Management, plus industry certifications (PRINCE2, PMP, or CAPM) are desirable. Benefits Competitive salary packaging options.
