About the role This is a rare build-from-scratch leadership opportunity where you’ll own both strategy and execution across learning, leadership development, and capability building. You’ll create meaningful learning experiences that directly improve performance, leadership capability, communication, and business outcomes across the Group. You will: ✔ Design and lead the Group Learning & Development strategy✔ Build scalable learning pathways across the employee lifecycle✔ Develop authentic leadership programs that create real capability✔ Build high-performing teams and commercially sharp leaders✔ Create learning experiences that are practical, operational, and impactful✔ Lead and grow a high-performing L&D team✔ Partner closely with executives and business leaders to solve real business challenges through learning We’re looking for someone who: • Thinks strategically but executes practically• Has experience building or transforming L&D functions• Understands how learning drives business performance• Builds trust and credibility with senior leaders• Thrives in fast-moving, high-growth environments• Loves creating environments where people grow and perform at their best What makes this role different?
