The Opportunity We are seeking a safety and quality-conscious Electrical Site Supervisor to join our team in Launceston on a permanent full-time basis. In This Role, You Will Lead a team to deliver safe, productive and quality electrical and instrumentation installations in industrial settings. Report project status, including forecast outcomes related to time, cost, scope and quality when required. Maintain records of work-in-progress and communications in line with the project management methodology. Participate in and inform project planning and auditing activities. Oversee PHE apprentices and ensure they are consistently learning and improving their standard of work. About You Experienced leading a team of leading hands, electricians, other trades, apprentices and non-trade personnel on industrial sites. Must be able to lead a team that maintains an excellent attitude to safety through leading by example. Ability to lead a highly productive team to meet project and company objectives. Possess a high level of written and verbal communication skills and ability to maintain long-term client relationships. Enjoy problem-solving. Familiar with Microsoft Office 365 applications including Teams and Excel. Quality Management experience. Budget management experience. Flexible and open to working away from home, as required by the company.
