About the Role: The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention across all digital channels. This role leads the strategic planning and execution of digital campaigns, ensuring activity is data‑led, commercially effective, and creatively considered. Working across paid, owned, and earned platforms, the role delivers measurable growth while maintaining a consistent, elevated KIVARI brand presence. Reporting into the Head of Digital, this role collaborates closely with Marketing, Planning, Creative, Customer Experience and Operations to deliver aligned and high‑impact digital execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Lead and execute the end‑to‑end digital marketing strategy across AU and international markets Drive integrated digital campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels Drive performance marketing strategy across Meta, Google, Pinterest and emerging platforms, partnering closely with paid media specialist and agencies Lead CRM, retention, and lifecycle marketing across email and SMS, including segmentation, automation, and testing Brief and collaborate with Creative, Design, and Social teams to deliver high‑performing digital assets Own digital reporting and analytics, translating performance data into actionable insights Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure digital activity aligns with brand, trade, and commercial priorities Qualifications: 4+ years’ experience in a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role Strong experience across performance marketing, CRM, and ecommerce (fashion or retail preferred) Proven ability to manage budgets, KPIs, and commercial outcomes Highly analytical with strong reporting and optimisation capability Strategic thinker with a creative mindset Experience working with agencies is desirable but not essential Relevant qualifications in Digital Marketing or a related field highly regarded What We Offer: A creative, collaborative environment: Join a team that values innovation and teamwork, where your contributions will help shape the future of our brand.
