Job Title: Emerging Customer Engagement Planner – ANZ Location: Sydney, New South Wales, Australia Travel: Up to 10% of time Key Responsibilities Customer Engagement & Relationship Management Lead Engagement: Drive internal and external engagement with Emerging AU & NZ customers to maximize service levels and product availability. Collaborative Planning: Conduct regular, structured supply chain review meetings with customer replenishment teams to align on forecasts, inventory strategies, and upcoming events. Risk Mitigation: Ensure supply risks are communicated early and managed effectively to avoid disruption to commercial plans. Operational Excellence & Planning Forecasting: Build CP and customer forecast capabilities by working closely with Customer Development and Demand Planning on continuous improvement initiatives. Event Management: Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of job-buys, special packs, and promotional events. Process Optimization: Identify and lead projects such as order and truck maximization, partnering with 3PL and transport providers to simplify order-to-delivery processes and improve DIFOT. Strategy & Analytics Inventory Analysis: Liaise with customers on inventory management to identify simplification opportunities. Data Capabilities: Build and leverage data and analytics capabilities to drive operational efficiencies across the supply chain. Experience & Qualifications Required Education: Degree qualified. Professional Experience: At least 5 years of Supply Chain experience, preferably in a customer-facing role. Sector Knowledge: Prior experience within supply chain, customer development, or planning in a retail grocery channel/FMCG environment is highly regarded. Soft Skills: High level of organisational and time management skills, with a "growth mindset" and a high degree of curiosity. Leadership: A self-starter capable of working autonomously who is confident in challenging the status quo and influencing senior management. Problem Solving: Proven ability to demonstrate quick, flexible, and creative thinking with pragmatic commercial problem-solving skills. Preferred Tech Stack: Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs) and Microsoft Suite. Data Analytics: Strength in using tools such as Domo, SAP, or BI.
