The Role Deliver planning, programming and scheduling services using Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, ASTA and Excel Develop and maintain project schedules throughout the project lifecycle Assess and advise on time-related risks, delays and project performance Support project controls, reporting and critical path analysis activities Work closely with clients, project managers, contractors and key stakeholders Prepare and present high-quality reports, insights and recommendations Contribute to a collaborative team environment focused on excellence and continuous improvement Your Experience 3–5 years of Australian experience in project planning, scheduling or delay analysis within construction or infrastructure projects Strong proficiency with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project (essential) Experience with ASTA or similar planning software highly regarded Solid understanding of Critical Path Methodology (CPM) Exposure to earned value analysis and project controls principles Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to engage confidently with stakeholders across all levels Essential Requirements Australian construction industry experience Current unrestricted driver's licence Degree qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or a related discipline Proven hands‑on experience using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project #J-18808-Ljbffr
