Base pay range A$55.93/hr - A$60.34/hr Talent Acquisition Advisor at Yarra Ranges Council About the role As a Change Management lead you will develop and implement change strategies across Yarra Ranges Council. This role will drive organisational change maturity by coaching leaders, and using data-driven insights to achieve people focused outcomes. You will manage the Change Advocates Program and ensure consistent use of Council’s change management framework across major projects. The position also partners with leaders and project teams to embed change capability, support cultural alignment, and deliver initiatives that strengthen organisation wide adaptability and performance. This is a part‑time temporary position (Job Share – 3 days per week). This is a Band 7 role with an hourly rate between $55.93 and $60.34 per hour, plus superannuation. Experience and skills we’re looking for Proven experience in developing and implementing change management strategies for large or complex organisations. Strong knowledge of change management methodologies and governance frameworks. Ability to coach and influence leaders and project teams to adopt people‑centred change practices. Experience in building organisational change capability and embedding change into culture and leadership programs. Skilled in analysing data and insights to inform decisions and measure change readiness. Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship‑building skills across diverse teams. Strong communication skills, including the ability to develop clear and effective communication strategies. Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives and best practice approaches.
