Duties And Responsibilities Understanding customer needs and taking the initiative to elevate their dining experience Providing outstanding food and beverage knowledge and service Recommending and pairing wines to suit the food selection Ensuring seamless service and communication with the team Taking part in training sessions to continually upskill Ideal Candidates Will Have A passion for guest experience and creating memorable moments for our guests Thorough understanding of Restaurant Sequence of Service and daily operations including 3‑plate carry Interest in food, wine, and modern dining culture with a good understanding of wine, service, and recommendations to guests 2+ years experience working as a Section Waiter within a premium dining restaurant Confidently presenting menus, dishes, and beverages, leading our guests through their experience Strong communication and customer service skills Well‑presented, reliable, and punctual Ability to work evenings and weekends Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification What We Offer Training and exposure to a strong wine and cocktail program Supportive management and a professional team environment A stylish, elegant environment with a great clientele Opportunity for ongoing training, skill development, and progression to management Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted. #J-18808-Ljbffr
