Job Summary Full‑time, permanent position based at Moorebank supporting multiple distribution centres. Standard business hours Monday to Friday. What You’ll Do Work closely with DC key functions, stakeholders, and the Risk & Compliance team to implement and maintain critical controls from the Q&E Program. Lead the Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) team responsible for implementing and maintaining the HACCP methodology within the Q&E Program. Identify and investigate non‑conformances, determine and implement corrective actions. Perform periodic verification of support programs through observations during site inspections and walk‑throughs. Conduct internal audits of food safety controls and processes in the DC. Maintain calibration and scheduling of all testing, measuring and inspection equipment, including record‑keeping and service reports. What You’ll Bring HACCP accreditation preferred but not essential. Previous experience in a similar FMCG distribution centre or warehousing environment. Demonstrated administrative, technology, and time‑management skills. Strong attention to detail and presentation skills. Logical reasoning paired with practical, solution‑focused problem‑solving abilities. Ability to build collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
