Casual Asset Finance Broker / Loan Writer – Hybrid MIS Funding is a growing finance brokerage based in Walkerville, SA. We help clients across Australia with asset finance, commercial lending and home loans. We are looking for an experienced Asset Finance Broker / Loan Writer to join us on a casual hybrid basis. This role would suit someone who already has experience in asset finance, lending, loan processing or broker support, and can help manage applications from enquiry through to settlement. About the role You will be assisting with asset finance applications, client follow-ups, lender submissions and general file management. The role will include working with clients, collecting documents, preparing applications, liaising with lenders and keeping CRM/file notes up to date. This is a flexible casual role, with the opportunity to grow as the business grows. Responsibilities Assist with asset finance applications including cars, utes, trucks, equipment and business assets Follow up clients for documents and required information Help prepare and submit applications to lenders Liaise with lenders, BDMs and clients Update CRM notes and maintain accurate file records Support deals from enquiry through to settlement Assist with commercial or residential finance files where required About you Experience in asset finance, lending, loan processing or broker support is preferred Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with clients Good attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines Comfortable working with CRM systems, documents and lender portals Able to work independently in a hybrid environment Professional, reliable and client-focused Knowledge of compliance requirements is highly regarded Location Hybrid role based in Walkerville, SA, with flexibility to work from home.
