Job Req Number: Time Type: Full Time Position: Quality Assurance Specialist – Melbourne Airport, VIC Typical Day and Responsibilities Manage, maintain, and continuously improve DSV Australia’s Quality Assurance and HSE System in accordance with company policies and ISO 9001 and ISO 13485. Prepare for and manage external ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 audits (including surveillance and tri‑annual), ensuring timely completion and re‑certification. Schedule and oversee internal audits, ensuring timely execution and completion of required actions. Report on the effectiveness of the Quality Management & HSE System to management and recommend improvements. Provide monthly NCR and customer complaint reports and analyse rework/analyse data to support managers in achieving continual department improvement. Monitor and analyse SOPs, WIs, and SWPs for deviations and optimization opportunities, including root cause analysis and reporting on key quality indicators. Ensure compliance with DSV QH&S policies, operational procedures and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with departments and management to set quality benchmarks and support ongoing process and service quality improvements. Qualifications Experience in Third Party Logistics or Freight Forwarding industries. Working knowledge of ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 quality systems. Recognised certificate in Internal Auditing of Quality Systems or equivalent. Relevant tertiary education preferably in Science, Engineering, or Logistics. Strong report writing and presentation skills. Exposure to and understanding of training principles. Ability to travel interstate as required.
