Requirements Key Responsibilities Requirements Analysis & Documentation · Work independently to translate business requirements intouser stories and acceptance criteria within an agile framework. · Ensure requirements are clear, complete, and aligned with business objectives. Technical Business Analysis · Support integration activities between the new vendor platform, internal systems, and external systems. · Collaborate with technical teams to validate feasibility and ensure smooth implementation. Stakeholder Engagement · Build strong relationships withproduct owners, business owners, SMEs, and vendors . · Facilitate workshops and discussions to align priorities and resolve conflicts. Problem Solving & Clarity · Navigate ambiguity and drive clarity in requirements and solution design. · Challenge assumptions respectfully and influence decisions when direction needs reconsideration. Agile Delivery Support · Actively participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and daily stand-ups. · Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and timelines. Required Skills & Experience · Strong foundational knowledge and hands-on experience inBusiness Analysis practices . · Proven ability to work independently and deliver outcomes in anagile environment . · Experience withtechnical BA responsibilities , including system integrations and vendor platform implementations. · Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability tochallenge respectfully . · Ability to work with ambiguity and drive clarity in complex projects. · Familiarity withUtilities, energy, and mining internal systems (highly desirable). #J-18808-Ljbffr
