We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support our retail operations. Responsibilities In conjunction with the Store Manager, manage the running of the store. Lead, coach and develop the team. Provide an exceptional customer experience through authentic and meaningful interactions with our customers. Drive sales and ensure the achievement of all KPIs as set by the company. Create an inspirational, supportive, and informative environment for your team. Implement promotional and visual merchandising initiatives as directed. Ensure store operations and retail standards are implemented and maintained. Create employee rosters and manage employee time recording and hours. Process and replenish stock. Qualifications A genuine love and understanding of our brand. An experienced leader with great mentoring and coaching skills and the ability to inspire your team. Previous experience in retail management in a retail fashion store (highly desirable). Ability to cultivate a team environment of trust, motivation and accountability to maximise performance. Lead by example by creating memorable, honest and genuine customer connections. Outstanding communication skills. Passionate about fashion with strong visual merchandising and styling skills.
