We help commercial, government and purpose-led organisations procure and manage technology more effectively through: Hardware and end-user technology procurement National ICT sourcing and supply Australia's only reseller that includes ICT Recycling at point of sale. We are growing and looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager with strong ICT reseller or channel sales experience to help drive customer growth nationally. About the role This is a hands-on commercial role responsible for: Growing existing customer relationships Driving new business opportunities Building and maintaining vendor and distributor relationships Developing pipeline and managing opportunities through to close Identifying opportunities for broader customer engagement and wallet share growth Representing TechForGood professionally across customer and partner interactions You will work directly with leadership in a commercially focused, fast-moving environment where initiative, accountability and follow-through matter. While the role is Melbourne-based, you will work with customers and opportunities across Australia. What you will be selling You will work across a broad range of ICT procurement and hardware opportunities including: ICT Hardware solutions (desktop to cloud) Secure IT asset recovery and lifecycle services You will also work closely with leading ICT vendors, distributors and channel partners as part of day-to-day customer engagement and solution delivery. What we are looking for To be successful in this role, you will likely have experience in: IT reseller or ICT channel sales Hardware and end-user technology sales ICT procurement or commercial account management Vendor and distributor engagement Building long-term customer relationships within commercial or government environments We are looking for someone who: Builds trust and credibility quickly Is commercially sharp and highly organised Understands how the ICT reseller and procurement market operates Can manage both relationship growth and new business activity Takes ownership and follows through Is comfortable operating in a growing business environment Cares about responsible technology, sustainability and building customer relationships the right way Requirements Proven experience within an IT reseller, ICT procurement or channel sales environment Minimum 1-2 years of experience in IT reseller, ICT procurement or channel sales is required Strong commercial and relationship management capability Strong pipeline and opportunity management skills Professional communication and stakeholder management skills Melbourne-based with ability to attend client meetings Full Australian working rights What we offer $90,000 base salary + super Uncapped commission structure OTE of $180,000+ Existing customer relationships and active opportunities to build from National customer portfolio and growth opportunities Melbourne-based role (South Yarra) 2 days per week work from home following successful completion of probation Flexible and supportive team environment Direct access to leadership and strategic decision-making Opportunity to work in a certified B Corp and purpose-led business About TechForGood TechForGood is a B Corp certified social enterprise focused on responsible ICT procurement and secure IT lifecycle management.
