About the Role The Harvey Norman Tura Beach Warehouse Team is seeking a passionate, customer service focused Warehouse Manager to deliver Great Service, Always! to customers. Responsibilities As a Warehouse Manager, you will handle dispatching and receiving of orders, coach staff, and liaise with customers to provide exceptional service. Qualifications Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written. Highly organised with strong time management skills. Experience in warehouse management. Ability to operate a warehouse, coach and roster staff, and lead a motivated team. Motivated with strong attention to detail. Experience checking delivery sheets. Accurate distribution of goods in and out of the warehouse, including loading trucks. Commitment to WH&S policies and procedures. Enthusiasm and willingness to learn with a "can do" attitude. Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines. Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays and late night trades.
