Administration Officer – Apprenticeship Office Department of Training and Workforce Development, Osborne Park, WA. This is a temporary contract role (up to 12 months), full time or part time. Responsibilities Deliver outstanding customer service on the Apprenticeship Office phone hotline. Provide accurate advice and assistance to ensure customers comply with legislative provisions governing apprenticeships and traineeships. Self‑organise and manage time effectively to work autonomously and meet operational requirements. Work collaboratively as an effective team member. Qualifications Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Good time‑management skills and self‑driven attitude. Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.
