You’ll be responsible for handling a variety of tasks that contribute to an exceptional customer journey — from accurate data entry and application payment processing to effective communication and general customer support. Your attention to detail, care, and commitment to service excellence will help drive our success and support the team’s overall goals. Key responsibilities Process superannuation benefits with accuracy and timeliness Manage cases from initiation to resolution, ensuring member satisfaction Provide direct member contact and support, handling queries and concerns with professionalism What we’re looking for Strong knowledge of CSC’s schemes and legislation, highly regarded Provide a high level of customer service and information to internal and external stakeholders, staff, management, agencies and members Strong attention to detail when updating member records from individual audits and quality assurance processes Ensure that procedures, templates, guidelines and other support documents are kept current and relevant Identify, analyse and resolve membership data issues Applies initiative and finds new ways for the team to be more effective for our customers Apply or interpret legislation, regulations or other guideline material relating to the operations, policies or functions of the work team Permanent position with flexible/remote working arrangements dependant on location Be part of a high-performing team with strong workflows and support Gain valuable experience in superannuation administration and member services Contribute to a critical function that directly impacts member outcomes What you’ll get in return A career where you belong At CSC, we’re committed to more than super — we’re committed to people.
