About the role An exciting opportunity exists for HMOs to join our growing service. Opportunity to spend either 6 or 12 months in Monash Children’s Hospital (MCH) paediatric emergency department. The position is ideally suited to those interested in pursuing a career in paediatric emergency or emergency medicine. Previous HMOs working in this role and undertaking training with RACGP have greatly benefited from the training and experience provided. ACEM recognises 6 months spent in paediatric emergency for a junior doctor to enter emergency training. About You Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) Appropriate health professional tertiary qualifications Working with Children’s Certificate International medical graduates must have already passed an approved English language test prior to applying where this is required for AHPRA registration Mandatory requirements of the role Current Driver’s Licence All candidates will require Australian working rights Equal Employment Opportunity Statement We recognise the value of equal employment opportunity.
