Key tasks and responsibilities include: Verify and reconcile monthly sales data across company‑owned and franchise restaurants Assist with cost control and analysis, including utilities, rent, cost of goods (COGS), and cost of employment (COE) Support cash flow management, including preparation of cash flow reports Manage accounts payable and receivable processes Assist with inventory purchasing oversight and expense tracking Conduct daily and monthly reconciliations Review and analyse franchise financial reports on a quarterly basis Assist in maintaining accurate records of assets and liabilities Support the implementation and monitoring of internal controls and audit processes Ensure compliance with Australian financial regulations and reporting standards Skills & Experience required: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Minimum 6 months’ accounting experience (hospitality or multi‑site business preferred) Understanding of Australian accounting standards and compliance requirements Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and cost control Familiarity with accounting systems (Xero experience preferred) Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication and time management skills Fluent in both English and Mandarin (preferred due to business needs) Screening Questions Do you have experience in a similar role?
