Opportunity Operations Supervisor Coordinate and schedule day‑to‑day operations of driver runs. Consult with line management to develop and manage operational targets. Enforce and monitor all NHVR regulations. Develop and mentor a collaborative, efficient and engaged team. Ensure all pre‑start, post‑run, and minor day‑to‑day maintenance tasks are carried out on all equipment. Lead high‑level customer service within the collection teams, investigate and resolve service issues. Drive operational efficiencies, continually reviewing and improving collection runs and service delivery. Manage and prepare detailed reports on labour efficiencies and overall cost management. Lead performance‑management investigations and outcomes. About You Experience in logistics, operations, or waste management (preferred). Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams. A passion for safety and sustainability. Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities. Adaptability and resilience in a fast‑paced environment. Proficiency in Excel and Word.
