We are a well-established residential builder delivering quality single‑storey and multi‑storey homes and development projects across Perth. Due to continued growth, we have an opening for an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee construction and delivery of new‑build homes and small development sites in Dianella and surrounding suburbs. Role Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will oversee the day‑to‑day construction process from slab to handover, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities Supervise the construction of residential homes and development projects across Perth Coordinate and manage trades, suppliers and subcontractors on site Ensure builds are completed within construction timeframes and budgets Conduct regular site inspections and maintain quality control standards Monitor site safety and ensure compliance with OH&S requirements Liaise with clients, trades and internal departments throughout the construction processManage scheduling, workflow and site progress across multiple builds Resolve on‑site issues and maintain strong communication with all stakeholders Ensure homes are delivered to a high standard at practical completion and handover Maintain accurate site records, reporting and documentation About You Previous experience as a Site Supervisor within residential construction Strong understanding of residential building processes and construction sequencing Experience managing multiple builds simultaneously Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to build strong relationships with trades and suppliers Organised, proactive and solutions‑focused approach Why Join?
