Location: Wallsend, NSW, Australia Role Support adults living in CPA group homes to lead rich, independent and empowered lives. We currently have multiple roster opportunities in our SIL houses across the region. This posting is specific to our home in Wallsend. This house has high manual handling requirements. Key Responsibilities Providing respectful support with personal care, mealtimes, medication, and daily routines Encouraging skill-building, independence, and decision‑making Supporting community engagement, social connection and transport (including use of CPA vans and in your own vehicle) Following person‑centred plans with empathy and professionalism Building positive relationships with our clients Shift Times Early mornings (6am‑9am) Day shifts (9am‑3/4pm) Afternoons & evenings Awake overnights (10pm‑6am) Qualifications & Attributes Can‑do attitude and growth mindset—open to learning and ready to make a difference Professional behaviour Support experience or lived experience preferred, but passion & enthusiasm is key NSW Driver’s Licence (P2 or above) Physical capability to support clients with mobility or transfers Availability across a variety of shift times What Makes CPA Different?
