Responsibilities Deliver end‑to‑end recruitment across a diverse group of roles, including job advertising, sourcing, screening, interviews, background checking, offer management and onboarding Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, recruitment timelines and approaches, assessments, best practice sourcing techniques etc. Create stronger employer branding and candidate engagement activities whilst providing all administrative support for the onboarding process Provide regular updates to hiring managers and other stakeholders Work within established recruitment systems and processes Support recruitment‑related and broader People & Culture initiatives as required Qualifications Experience in an internal recruitment or HR generalist role, ideally in a high‑volume fast‑paced environment is essential Strong organisational and administrative capability, with excellent attention to detail Confident communication skills with the ability to influence and build strong relationships Experience managing multiple priorities and delivering to tight deadlines Solid MS Office skills and experience working with recruitment systems (experience using JobAdder is highly regarded) A proactive, self‑motivated approach with a strong focus on quality outcomes and teamwork Teachers Health values diversity and inclusion and encourages applications from people of all backgrounds, including First Nations people, people with disability, people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, and those who identify as LGBTQIA+.
