Associate Director, Clinical Operations Lead state-based clinical trial operations for a clinical research organisation. Drive performance, quality, and team leadership across screening, clinical units, and medical oversight. Key Responsibilities Oversee end-to-end clinical operations, ensuring compliance with GCP and regulatory standards. Maintain inspection-ready facilities, systems, and documentation. Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams; manage performance, engagement, and workforce planning. Oversee quality, safety, deviations, CAPAs, and risk management. Optimise staffing, resources, and operational efficiency. Act as senior contact for sponsors, CROs, and internal partners. Support feasibility, capacity planning, and strategic initiatives. About You 5+ years’ leadership experience, including 3+ in clinical trials or regulated healthcare. Strong knowledge of ICH?GCP and clinical research operations. Proven ability to lead teams in fast-paced environments. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
