This is a senior leadership role where you will manage a team of academics, administrators and content specialists, working alongside industry experts to create engaging, compliant, and innovative digital learning experiences. You will play a key role in shaping curriculum, ensuring academic quality, and driving innovation in content design across Higher Education, Vocational Education, Continuing Education and bespoke programs. Responsibilities Lead the development, production, and quality assurance of Financial Advice content across all programs Ensure content meets academic standards, learning outcomes, and regulatory requirements (including Financial Adviser Standards) Drive continuous improvement of course materials to maintain industry relevance and quality Manage and analyse student performance data and support governance processes Lead and manage a team of academics and content creators, including coaching and development Build and manage relationships with external subject matter experts (SMEs) Oversee student engagement activities including discussion forums and content‑related queries Collaborate with internal teams (instructional design, multimedia, sales, and operations) to deliver high‑quality digital learning experiences Requirements Masters or higher qualification in Financial Planning, Financial Advice, or related discipline Proven leadership experience managing teams in an education environment At least 5 years' experience in financial advice or a related financial services field Experience in learning design and delivery within Higher Education and/or Vocational Education Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards in financial advice Excellent writing, research, and ability to translate complex concepts into engaging content Strong stakeholder management and communication skills High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
