Your key responsibilities will include: Oversee and manage all operational and reporting activities forInfrastructure, ensuringtimelydelivery of unit pricing, performance reporting, investor statements, taxation workpapers, regulatory submissions, and annual audited financialstatement. Activelyparticipatein strategic initiatives such as portfolio investment acquisitions,realisations,restructures and transitions, capital and debt raising, and other client-driven directives. Ensure effective controls and processes are in place tocomply withinvestment mandate obligations and QIC’s internal controls framework, policies, and procedures. Provideactionable financial insights byleveragingdata and reporting from oureFrontInvest system. Build yourexpertisein a fast-paced, multi-jurisdictional environment with a focus on innovation and excellence. Drive outcomes through collaboration with internal stakeholders across treasury management, investment and financial reporting, technical accounting, risk, legal, tax matters, and performance reporting. Assist the Tax team as needed tomonitorand manage the taxation risks and obligations across the infrastructure portfolio. About You Demonstrated experience in funds management,with a CA or CPA qualification. Strong knowledge of accounting principles relating to financial instruments, valuation methodologies, foreignexchangeand income taxes. Financial statement preparation (coordinating key stakeholders to audit clearance) in compliance with financial reporting standards and frameworks across a multi-jurisdictional environment. Well-developed written and verbal communication skills. Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills, with an ability to learn new systems skills. Strong problem solving and analytical ability, capable of managing complex tasks and projects simultaneously, whilstmaintaininga high standard of accuracy. #J-18808-Ljbffr
