We’re seeking a person with experience managing multiple, concurrent sites across the Melbourne region. This is a salaried position, reporting to our Branch Manager, where approximately 80% of your time will involve site visits and project coordination, with the remaining 20% spent in the office. Key Responsibilities Lead multiple, concurrent commercial repaint projects, ensuring safety, quality and timeliness Work with our sales team to assess projects/have input into how we can win projects Plan and manage employees, subcontractors and materials Monitor project progress, WIP and control costs to meet budgets and deadlines Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers What You’ll Bring To The Role Significant supervisory experience, ideally in commercial projects Experience managing small teams of employees and subcontractors Strong understanding of project assessments, budgets and cost estimating Proficiency in electronic documentation and reporting What’s On Offer?
