This role is based in our Sydney office, with influence across Australia. Responsibilities As a senior leader, shape the direction of BG&E's Water Infrastructure business. Lead business development efforts, foster client relationships, and guide multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions. Lead tender bids and negotiate commercial terms. Act as Project Director on major projects and support financial targets and risk mitigation strategies. Provide national technical leadership and guidance; promote collaboration, innovation, and a strong client focus. Ensure client satisfaction through proactive engagement.
