Lead With Purpose: Join New Care Services as our Team Leader (Operations) New Care Services is a growing and dedicated not‑for‑profit organisation committed to providing exceptional in‑home care and support to Veterans, older Australians, and people living with disability. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Team Leader to provide frontline leadership to our Personal Care Workers and support high‑quality service delivery across DVA, My Aged Care, and NDIS programs around the Brunswick Heads and Ballina regions. Your Role As our Team Leader, you will play a key role in supporting our workforce and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations. Your responsibilities will include: Providing frontline support and supervision to PCWs Leading training, performance management, and staff development Participating in interviews, selection, and onboarding Supporting rostering with worker insights and service knowledge Acting as the primary point of contact operationally Undertaking support work as required This is a dynamic role for someone who thrives in a people‑focused, fast‑paced environment.
