You will be working to lead a team of bookkeepers and grow a division focussing on agricultural clients. Manage a small team of bookkeepers Build strong client relationships Provide management accounting/high level bookkeeping services to clients Manage workflow for the division Identify system and process improvement opportunities Manage compliance of the division Manage resourcing across the division Manage the KPI process across the team Work closely with management to provide regular updates and reports About You It is essential that you have experience working in either a public practice accounting or bookkeeping firm.
