We seek an experienced Field Engineer or recent graduate Engineer to fill a Technical Product Support (Field Engineer) position in our Perth branch servicing our customers across WA, NT & SA. Benefits Competitive salary & career development within the global Bridgestone business Fully maintained company vehicle available for private use 5 days extra leave every year after 2 years of employment Additional 5 days leave as a one‑off at each 5‑year employment milestone Health checks / free flu shots Product discounts on Bridgestone Tyres Additional benefits & staff discounts Role Promote Bridgestone OTR tyres, iTrack & BMSA related products/services to existing & potential customers Work with colleagues to optimise OTR tyre selection & use of iTrack to satisfy customer requirements Conduct presentations or technical training on OTR tyres or iTrack for customers or BMSA personnel Troubleshoot technical & operational issues for customers & BMSA personnel Identify new product & product improvement opportunities for OTR tyres or iTrack Plan, organise, conduct & summarise field trials of new & current products including tyres or iTrack Assist the Sales team to monitor & maintain tyre performance guarantees & product warranties Develop & maintain a database to improve market intelligence Assist sales personnel in forecasting, planning & strategy of tyre & iTrack sales Initiate & implement process improvements & automation Essential Qualifications Tertiary qualifications in engineering or similar discipline Experience or exposure to technical support within OTR tyres or heavy industry Demonstrated ability to analyse problems, think critically & provide effective solutions High‑level data analysis and manipulation skills Strong commitment to safety of yourself & others Patience & flexibility for frequent travel (25‑40%) A valid driver’s licence Current work rights in Australia Preferred Qualifications High level ability in Excel, PowerBI & other analytical tools Exposure to RAD (Rapid Application Development) methodology, Python coding & other capabilities Join BMSA to progress your professional journey within a global icon! #J-18808-Ljbffr
