About The Role The successful applicant delivers strategic asset planning, procurement, and project management advice to customer agencies, enabling effective delivery of building maintenance and improvement programs. The role works collaboratively with customer agencies to plan, procure, and oversee the delivery of maintenance and minor works programs, ensuring outcomes are achieved across a diverse portfolio of public facilities. About You In this position, the successful applicant will be responsible for working closely with customer agencies to assist with the planning, procurement and managing delivery of maintenance and minor works programs across a range of public facilities. Skills and Experience To be successful in the role, the Program Manager must demonstrate skills and experience in: planning, procuring, and managing the delivery of various works programs across a large portfolio to achieve value‑for‑money outcomes. managing contractor relationship performance with service providers, including monitoring compliance, resolving issues, and ensuring service delivery outcomes are achieved. responding to and addressing maintenance and minor works issues. managing a diverse range of stakeholder relationships (including customer agencies, site representatives, contractors, and suppliers) to coordinate and deliver successful program outcomes. preparing and providing budgets and portfolio reports. identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery and implementing strategies for continuous improvement. The position operates in Personal Leadership context.
