Role: Change Lead (SAP S/4 HANA) 12 months initial contract, possible extension. Brisbane-based client – hybrid. Open to interstate candidates – must be able to travel once a month. What you’ll be doing Lead and execute the change management approach for the S2P/Procurement business readiness stream within the ERP program. Drive stakeholder engagement and communication activities across impacted business groups. Develop and deliver change impact assessments , resistance management plans, and adoption strategies. Partner with business readiness teams and value stream owners to ensure go-live readiness and effective post-implementation support. Track adoption via change metrics (e.g., engagement, training completion, system utilisation) and produce executive-ready reporting . Help embed sustainable “business-as-usual” ways of working after go-live. What we’re looking for Extensive experience in change management / business transformation , ideally within large ERP programs. Proven experience supporting or leading change in SAP implementations , preferably SAP S/4HANA . Solid knowledge of change frameworks such as Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter, Lewin (or equivalent). Strong experience in stakeholder engagement, communications planning, training support , and business readiness activities.
