Base Pay Range A$200,000.00/yr - A$220,000.00/yr Location Melbourne, Victoria, Australia Key Responsibilities Lead end‑to‑end strategic projects from framing problems to executing solutions. Develop insight‑driven recommendations and craft compelling narratives for senior audiences. Manage multiple cross‑functional projects and stakeholder groups. Guide market research and data analysis to identify high‑impact opportunities. Coach and mentor 1‑2 direct reports to build strategic capability across the business. Qualifications 5+ years in management consulting with experience from McKinsey, Bain, BCG or the likes of LEK, Kearney, Oliver Wyman, Strategy&. Proven experience in hypothesis‑driven problem solving, business case development, and financial analysis. Strong understanding of strategic frameworks and analytical methodologies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to build executive‑level presentations. A proactive, team‑oriented mindset with a passion for driving enterprise impact.
