Your Responsibilities Complex wound assessments and management Continence assessments and clinical reporting Supporting participants with high-quality clinical care Delivering and assessing high intensity support competencies Coaching and mentoring support workers Working collaboratively with participants, families and multidisciplinary teams Promoting person-centred, evidence-based care What we\'re looking for Current AHPRA Registered Nurse registration Experience in community nursing, NDIS and/or Aged Care (highly desirable) Experience in wound care and continence management Strong clinical assessment and reporting skills A passion for mentoring and supporting staff development A commitment to person-centred care and positive outcomes New to community nursing? Community nursing experience is preferred, however we are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates strong clinical skills, a positive attitude and a genuine passion for supporting people in their homes and communities.
