About the Role Century 21 Australia is seeking a driven and commercially minded State Director to support, grow and strengthen our South Australian network. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this role is responsible for the performance, engagement and growth of franchised offices across SA. You will act as the key relationship manager, providing strategic guidance, performance coaching and operational support, while also driving network expansion through franchise sales. Candidates must have a minimum of 1-3 years of real estate industry experience. Key Responsibilities Franchise Performance & Support Manage and support a portfolio of franchised offices across South Australia Conduct regular in-person and virtual business reviews Monitor key performance metrics including GCI, listings, conversion and growth Deliver coaching and tailored business strategies to improve performance Support offices with training, systems and operational best practice Ensure compliance with franchise agreements, policies and industry regulations Build strong relationships with franchise owners and their teams Network Growth & Recruitment Drive franchise growth through new office recruitment Present the Century 21 offering to prospective franchisees Support agent attraction and retention within the network Assist with onboarding, renewals and transitions of offices Engagement & Communication Maintain regular contact with offices to drive accountability and results Facilitate training sessions, webinars and network initiatives Organise and lead regional meetings and industry engagement activities Gather feedback from the network to support continuous improvement Contribute to the execution of Century 21's growth strategy Promote brand initiatives, partnerships and marketing programs Represent Century 21 as a brand ambassador within the industry About You Strong background in real estate, franchising or business development Proven ability to drive performance and commercial outcomes Confident presenter with strong influencing and relationship skills Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities Passionate about growth, coaching and building high-performing networks Must reside in South Australia What's on Offer Opportunity to work with a globally recognised real estate brand High-impact role with autonomy and career growth Competitive salary package with performance incentives Dynamic, fast-paced and collaborative environment Travel across South Australia as part of the role #J-18808-Ljbffr
