Quality work: Advise on technology, IT, data, procurement and commercial contracts Real variety: Work across SaaS, licensing, supplier agreements, privacy and digital projects In-house pathway: Build your in-house legal career while staying close to complex tech work About your new employer: Large, highly regarded university organisation with a significant property and infrastructure footprint across Sydney Broad internal client base with a strong pipeline of technology, IT, procurement and transformation projects Offers lawyers the chance to work closely with experienced legal counsel, procurement teams, technology stakeholders and senior decision-makers About the role: Work as part of an established in-house legal team, advising across technology, IT, procurement, data and broader commercial matters Draft, review and negotiate a range of technology and commercial contracts, including SaaS, software licensing, cloud services, managed services, consultancy agreements and supplier arrangements Provide advice on ICT procurement, digital projects, data management, privacy, cybersecurity and associated risk issues Partner with internal teams across technology, procurement, operations and wider business functions Deliver clear, practical legal advice with support from senior members of the legal team Assist with identifying, assessing and managing legal risk across technology, supplier and commercial contract matters The ideal candidate: Minimum 4 years PQE Lawyer with experience across technology, IT, commercial contracts, procurement, privacy or data-related matters Comfortable working with internal stakeholders and supporting matters from start to finish Experience with SaaS agreements, software licensing, cloud contracts, ICT procurement, privacy, cybersecurity or digital transformation projects will be highly regarded The ideal candidate will have some in-house experience, but applications from lawyers from private practice or government are also welcome. #J-18808-Ljbffr
