Northern Health is seeking a motivated, adaptable and highly skilled Advanced Clinician Neuropsychologist to join our dynamic Allied Health Psychology team. This is a rare and desirable permanent Grade 4 opportunity offering genuine scope for leadership, professional growth and meaningful impact in the lives of people recovering from neurological injury, illness, and functional neurological disorder (FND). Northern Health is the major provider of acute, maternity, sub-acute, mental health, specialist, community and home-based services in Melbourne’s rapidly growing outer north. Services are provided through our six main campuses: Northern Hospital Epping, Broadmeadows Hospital, Bundoora Centre, Craigieburn and Mernda Community Hospitals and Kilmore District Hospital. In addition, Mental Health Services are provided at Epping, Broadmeadows, Jacana, Preston, Mill Park, Mernda and Coburg. About the Role This role will involve: Lead the development of neuropsychology services across inpatient rehabilitation and acute FND care, establishing best‑practice pathways and innovative models of care Provide innovative evidence-based care that improves patient recovery, while promoting healthcare sustainability Offer expert consultation to multidisciplinary teams and contribute to collaborative care planning Drive service improvement, implementing quality initiatives, outcome measurement and practice standards Mentor and lead clinicians and students, offering high-quality supervision, professional development and clinical leadership This is an ongoing part-time (0.84 EFT, 64 hours per fortnight) position.
