About the role We are currently seeking a Completions Lead to join our Transport for Tomorrow project based out of Sydney. The purpose of this role is to provide strategic leadership across quality, completions and handover to ensure project outcomes are compliant, complete, defect‑managed and ready for acceptance. Key responsibilities Provide leadership for completions, defect management and handover readiness across the project or portfolio. Establish and maintain a structured completions and handover approach aligned to project Quality, Configuration and Asset Handover requirements. Drive defect prevention, timely defect closure and clear acceptance pathways with clients and asset owners. Ensure the Quality Management System (QMS) is established, implemented and maintained in accordance with AS/NZS ISO 9001 and client requirements. Support and coach Project Quality and Quality & Completions Managers to achieve consistent quality performance. Provide assurance that quality records, test evidence and handover documentation are complete, accurate and fit for purpose. Identify trends, areas of risk and opportunities for improvement in quality and handover performance. About you 10‑15 years’ experience in construction or major infrastructure delivery. Strong background in quality management, with demonstrated experience leading completions, commissioning readiness and handover. Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage complex assurance environments. Experience working within regulated or asset‑owner environments (e.g. transport, infrastructure) highly desirable. Engineering, construction or business degree (or equivalent experience).
