Key Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and deployment of fullstack applications using Next.js (frontend) and Python/Django (backend) . Architect RESTful APIs and GraphQL services , ensuring scalability, performance, and security. Integrate AI/ML models into applications for advanced analytics, recommendation systems, and automation workflows. Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and UI/UX teams to deliver seamless user experiences. Optimize application performance and ensure responsiveness across platforms and devices. Mentor junior developers and enforce best practices in coding, testing, CI/CD, and DevOps workflows . Stay updated with emerging technologies in AI, cloud‑native development, and modern fullstack frameworks . Required Skills & Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Experience: 4–6 years in fullstack development with hands‑on coding and project leadership. Core Technical Skills: Frontend: Next.js, React.js, TypeScript, Tailwind/Material UI. Backend: Python, Django/Flask, FastAPI. Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis. AI/ML: Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit‑learn, or similar frameworks. DevOps & Tools: Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions/CI‑CD pipelines, AWS/GCP/Azure. Others: API design, microservices architecture, authentication/authorization frameworks (OAuth2, JWT).
