We are looking for a Project Planner to join a high-performance engineering organisation. You will be responsible for building and maintaining realistic project plans, ensuring timely delivery, effective resource forecasting, and risk management. This role plays a critical part in supporting complex engineering and manufacturing projects. What You’ll Do Construct and baseline project schedules with logical dependencies. Develop resource models to forecast demand across teams. Monitor and manage plans through completion, identifying improvements where possible. Proactively identify and communicate risks and impacts to stakeholders. Participate in planning meetings and provide clear, actionable updates. Uphold professional standards and reporting protocols. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry-standard project planning methods and tools. What You’ll Bring Experience with mainstream PPM software (e.g., Microsoft PWA, Primavera P6, or similar). Knowledge of project management principles, supported by qualifications (Prince 2, APM PMQ) or equivalent experience. Skilled in Microsoft Office and reporting tools such as Power BI. Previous experience as a Project Planner in a precision engineering or manufacturing environment. Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
