As part of this growth, we're seeking an experienced Cyber Security Engineer with strong Identity & Access Management (IAM) expertise to take ownership of a critical security capability within a complex enterprise environment. What You'll Be Doing Own and enhance Identity & Access Management capabilities across a large enterprise environment Manage and optimise Microsoft Active Directory and Entra ID Strengthen authentication, authorisation and access governance controls Drive improvements across SSO, MFA, PAM and identity lifecycle management Support Microsoft security technologies including Defender and Microsoft 365 Security Contribute to security monitoring, log analysis and detection capability improvements Develop and maintain security standards, procedures and technical documentation Identify security gaps and implement practical solutions that improve cyber maturity Collaborate with Cyber Security, Infrastructure, Architecture and Operational teams What We're Looking For Proven experience within Cyber Security, Security Engineering or IAM-focused roles Strong hands‑on expertise with Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID Deep understanding of Identity & Access Management principles and best practices Experience with SSO, MFA, PAM, Identity Governance and Zero Trust concepts Exposure to Microsoft security technologies and cloud-based identity services Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills A proactive mindset and passion for continuous improvement What's On Offer Permanent opportunity with a growing organisation Hybrid working environment Exposure to modern security technologies and enterprise-scale environments Ongoing professional development and career growth Supportive leadership and collaborative culture Competitive salary and benefits package The opportunity to genuinely shape the future direction of Identity Security Interested?
