We're looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Stock Controller to join our dealership team. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth flow of vehicle stock from order through to delivery, working closely with multiple departments and manufacturers. What You'll Be Doing You'll be right at the centre of our vehicle pipeline, making sure stock is ordered, tracked, allocated and ready to go when our customers need it. Day to day, you'll: Manage incoming vehicle orders and track stock from factory to dealership Work closely with Toyota and our other brands on vehicle supply and updates Allocate vehicles to customers and sales teams Coordinate arrivals, stock swaps and freight between dealerships Liaise with Pre-Delivery to make sure vehicles are ready on time Keep everyone in the loop on delivery dates and changes What You'll Bring Experience in a dealership, stock control or admin role (or similar) Strong organisation skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities High attention to detail - you notice the things others miss A team-first attitude and clear communication style Confidence using systems (SAP experience is a bonus, not a must) Why Join Thomas Bros?
